Does this sound familiar?
This isn’t a generic template checklist. These are the four strategic areas where mid-career professionals consistently lose ground — and how to fix each one.
Your resume needs to speak directly to the role — not just list everything you’ve ever done. Learn how to define your professional value proposition and tailor it with precision, so hiring managers immediately see why you’re the right fit.
75% of resumes are filtered out by Applicant Tracking Systems before a recruiter lays eyes on them. We break down exactly how to structure and keyword your resume so it clears the digital gatekeepers every time. With this guide, you will write an ATS-friendly resume in no time.
Describing what your job involves is table stakes — every other candidate does that. What sets you apart is quantifiable proof of impact. We show you a simple framework to rewrite any bullet point into a compelling result.

The Golden Rule For Resume Writing
How Long Should A Resume Be?
This depends on your level of experience. The more senior you are, the longer the resume. However, a resume should not exceed 5 pages. The sweet spot: 2 to 3 pages.
What is ATS
ATS stands for Applicant Tracking System. It is AI software that scans your resume to assess how strongly you match the role you applied for. If you are a strong match, your application will be promoted to the Hiring Manager.
Can ATS Delete My Application?
No. If it does not pass the scan, it will not delete your application; however, it will place it at the bottom of the list and mark you as an unqualified candidate.
Does every company use ATS?
Most larger companies and all agencies use ATS. There are many versions and price points, meaning there will be a system for every organisation. However, smaller companies that do not often hire or use an agency will see no benefit in investing in one. Assume everyone has an ATS, and you cannot go wrong.
